Zo zijn er honderden scholen gesloten en vele wegen onbegaanbaar. In Londen is het echter opvallend droog gebleven, maar het sneeuwt hier nooit veel. Vannacht was er toch sneeuw voorspelt en ik hoopte dan ook wakker te worden met een witte wereld. Dat viel tegen. Een dun laagje sneeuw was er te zien op de daken en het was vooral nat. Toen ik vanochtend naar kantoor liep barstte het toch even los net toen ik op <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.nl\/maps?hl=nl&amp;biw=1436&amp;bih=628&amp;q=new+oxford+street+london&amp;um=1&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;hq=&amp;hnear=New+Oxford+St,+London,+UK&amp;gl=nl&amp;ei=9O_0TKODJNSJhQfchL3UBQ&amp;sa=X&amp;oi=geocode_result&amp;ct=image&amp;resnum=1&amp;ved=0CBoQ8gEwAA\" target=\"_blank\">New Oxford Street<\/a> liep aan het begin van Oxford Street.
